Request a DemoSend us a request from the Get Started page or email support@sharetrack.org. We set up your organization, help bring over your existing shareholder and certificate records, and email your team their invitations. Enterprise customers receive hands-on migration assistance.
Yes. We import your existing shareholders, certificates and history from spreadsheets as part of setup. Once you're running, you can export any table in ShareTrack to CSV.
Connect your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit's secure sign-in. Invoices you create in ShareTrack go to QuickBooks as ready-to-send invoices, and shareholder contact details can be updated from your QuickBooks customers. When QuickBooks records a payment, ShareTrack updates that invoice's balance automatically.
ShareTrack encrypts data in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Each organization's data is kept separate with database row-level security, and every person sees only what their role allows. Backups are checked after they're made and copied to a separate, locked off-site store.
Yes. With the Shareholder Portal (available on Professional and Enterprise plans), shareholders can look up their certificates and latest invoice, request a transfer, or apply for a replacement certificate online, without needing an account.
ShareTrack Water, coming soon for iPhone and Android, shows irrigation shareholders their schedule and whether water is in the ditch, sends alerts when the water status changes, and lets them report no water or low water to the ditch rider.
Email support@sharetrack.org. Your data stays accessible until the end of your billing period, and we'll give you an export of your records before your account is closed.
Record the meeting right in your browser, or upload an audio file. ShareTrack transcribes it with speaker labels and drafts formatted minutes at summary, standard, or detailed length. Audio is deleted 30 days after it's transcribed; the transcript and minutes stay with the meeting.
